Charity Donation Request Policy

1.  We give only merchandise donations - no cash donations.
2.  We would love to sell tickets for your events if needed.
3.  We will hand out flyers for your events, but are not able to hang posters promoting your events.
4.  The charity project must benefit the local community, school or organization as a whole.
Examples of typical events that we may contribute to are...a group raising funds for the school library, playground equipment, or building sports fields for the entire community to use.
We will not support such events as senior parties, baseball teams going to regionals, church groups going to another country or any individual raising money for a project.
5.  At least one month in advance of the event, a letter must be submitted to our Corporate Review Committee requesting the donation.  The letter must include the group's name, tax-exempt identification number, date of event, purpose of the event and donation request.  The deadline for picking up the donation must be specified.

6.  Unfortunately, we cannot fill all requests due to budgetary restraints.  Please submit your requesta as far in advance as possible.  If it is an annual event, you may submit up to one year in advance, but you must resubmit each year.
